Pets may OR may not be allowed at the property. TempleAreaRentals.com is open to the idea of the tenant maintaining a pet at the property. Any pets MUST be approved by the landlord prior to the lease signing. TempleAreaRentals.com will most likely charge a pet deposit but the actual price will be determined by the landlord at the time of discussion.

I am involved in Real Estate full time since 2005. A licensed Realtor with ReMax Services, I have spent the last half decade focused on the properties at Temple University along with other investment properties through the Greater Philadelphia region.
A graduate of the University of Delaware, where I graduated in 1994, Mark spent his upper classman years off campus. It is my personal goal to provide my tenants with a landlord that is fair and responsive.
